A Roaring Success!
Motor Show 2006 opened with a bang with no less than His
Excellency Maqbool bin Ali Sultan, Minister of Commerce and
Industry, formally inaugurating the exhibition. The
exhibition hall was packed with visitors on all days of the
event, and everyone eagerly examined the features of new car
models from the world's major auto manufacturers.
Everyone had a great time as car dealers tried to outdo each
other by holding exciting activities such as fashion shows
to successfully attract the attention of motoring
enthusiasts to their stand. A number of activities including
a Motor Meet and a Custom Car Competition were also held
right outside the exhibition centre for the enjoyment of
visitors.
