English is incredibly common in the Middle East.

English is a very common language in the Gulf countries at the moment. All people who work in the tourism business and medicine necessarily learn English. At the national level, there are many programs that allow residents of these countries to learn the most popular language in the world. In addition, many Middle Easterners often receive an elite education abroad. Because of this, they can speak English as well as native speakers.
